The Sexy back singer married the Total Recall actress at a secret location in Southern Italy, believed to be near Naples.
The couple said in a statement: "It's great to be married, the ceremony was beautiful and it was so special to be surrounded by our family and friends."
The couple, who have been dating for five years, got engaged last December.
On Wednesday guests arriving for the wedding celebrations were treated to a party with fireworks and live music. The following day they relaxed around open fires and dined on fresh-made cheese, local olives and wine.
Yesterday we revealed Justin was to perform a special wedding dance for his bride — to her favourite ’N Sync song, It's Gonna Be Me.
A source said: "Justin has been working on this for months. Jessica used to love the track growing up and he wants it as a special treat.
"It will be very much tongue-in-cheek. There will be loads of exaggerated boy band moves and poses. She's going to love it."
